Call to Order

The Kansas City Region SCCA general meeting was called to order by RE Al Hermans at 7:34 PM at Johnny’s Tavern.

Secretary’s Report– Greg Cheney

Secretary’s Report is posted on website. Bill Bauman motioned to accept. Dick Berger seconded.

Solo Report– Al Hermans

The 2025 solo season schedule has been finalized and announced to the membership. The

website calendar has been updated to show the event dates. The contracts have been signed with MCC and sanctions will be applied for soon. First event registration will open around March 1.

Event fees for 2025 will be $16.50, up from $16.00 in 2024.

A trailer cleanout day is being discussed and should happen sometime in March.

A proposed budget for 2025 is ready. It is based on total attendance of 1350 entries which is less than the 1400+ entries from 2024, just in case there is a mild downturn in participation.

The 2025 regional supplemental rules have been revised to address event run order but are

otherwise the same as 2024.

MiDiv Schedule has been released.

June 7-8 Salina-Berkley Park

June 28-29 NeOkla-Muskogee Davis Field

Aug 2-3 Nebraska-Lincoln Airpark

Sept 20-21 Kansas-Independence, KS

The 3/2 T&T was cancelled due to mud

The 3/22 I-35 is not available, so it will be at Thunder Valley
