September 29, 2026-KC Region Board Meeting Minutes
Call to Order
The Kansas City Region SCCA Board Meeting was called to order by RE Al Hermans at 7:13 PM at Conroys.
Board Members Attending: Greg Cheney, Robert Henson III, Phil Meredith, Bill Bauman, Henry Kraujalis, Josh Holsworth.
Board Members not present- Max Bear, Andrew von Bevern, Dan Rowland,
Also attending: RAC Chair Jon Robertson; SAC Chair Jeff Bartz
Secretary’s Report– Greg Cheney
The August 2026 Board Meeting Minutes have been posted on the web. Bill Bauman moved to approve and Robert Henson seconded.

Solo Report– Jeff Bartz
Solo Nationals went well. Over 50 KCR members attended and competed.
Two Day autocross on September 26-27. Attendance was down a little due to rain.
KVRG Report– Robert Henson III
The July Ozarks Majors may move from July to May 2027.
RallyCross Report– Jon Robertson
September 20th rallycross was cancelled due to rain.
The October 4 Holsworth Farms RX will most likely be postponed to November 1.
Web Report– Henry Krajalus
Results and season results have been updated through event 8 on the results page on the website.
Shootout results have not come in yet.
Halloweenie details have been posted to the website and on MSR.
Visitors are down 3%.
Page impressions per session are up 8%.
Most frequently visited pages are rally cross season points, autocross schedule and results, and the autocross page.
Most people came to the website directly, but that was down 10%.
Search engine was up 10%.

SWOL sponsorship? Tabled discussion.
Old Business
Awards Banquet deposit due after the first of the year.
October General Meeting is 10/6/26.
