Even though we just registered the van, our year is up and we need to get the van a new safety inspection so I can renew it online by the end of February. Do I have any volunteers to take the van for inspection? Jessica will reach out to Solo and Rally X for assistance.

Mike, can we get the title for the truck to Bill, Jessica will check for the title.

Do we have a budget for 2022, Jessica to send out again.

Grant money for TNiA is up in the air, may not be available this year.

REGIONAL BANQUET: (Lisa Kern, Mike McGinley)
Lisa presented the possible dates for the regional banquet. It was agreed that the date should strive to not interfere with a race weekend, solo, RX or road. Two dates were agreed upon with March 5th as our primary option and April 8th the backup. Lisa will follow up with Justin to see if he is still available to MC and that Deer Creek available. An update will be coming soon as time is short for the 5th.

SOLO REPORT: (Al Hermans)
We have dates confirmed with MCC for the following schedule which can be posted to the website and incorporated into Checkpoint anytime.

  • March 26 & 27 – T&T and Event #1
  • April 30 & May 1 – School and Event #2
  • June 18 & 19 – Events #3 and #4
  • July 16 & 17 – Starting Line School (subject to verification) and Event #5
  • August 21 – Event #6
  • September 17 & 18 – Events #7 and #8
  • October 16 – Event #9
  • October 30 – Event #10 (Halloweenie)

The contract will be generated later, presumably when MCC determines what their rental rates will be after July 1 which is the beginning of their next fiscal year.

The sanction(s) will be applied for in the next couple of weeks.

Past Holloweenie, how much is the donation? Solo committee needs to discuss and get an amount to the board. Jessica to follow up with Solo.
