SOLO REPORT: (Al Hermans)
We will need to decide what donation amount will be made to GoBabyGo. Halloweenie income was $6,151.00, expenses were $1,934.13.  Gross profit was $4,216.87, non-event expenses were $450.00 average per event for a net profit of $3,766.87. Sanction & Insurance saved was $1,936.00.

In December annual report, I reported a program profit of around $13,000 for 2022, depending on the amount of two payments still outstanding from Starting Line and Street Survival. Approximately $4,500 in non-event expenses was not calculated into that so the actual profit would be closer to $8,500 for the year.

Solo sanction and insurance (Program Event Fees) are increasing to $15.50 per entrant for 2023, up from $14.00 for 2022. Sanction and insurance in 2015 was $12.00 per entrant. Expecting a fee increase at MCC. Last entry fee increase was in 2017, would like to consider increase to $45.00 for 2023.

MiDiv schedule is almost finished – looking at 6 event weekends. Local schedule is almost finished – looking at 10 events, T&T, school, Starting Line, Street Survival. Still keeping an eye out for new venues, not much available.

For go baby go we may use the saved sanction fee number. Al to pole the SAC for their suggestion.

KVRG REPORT: (Bill Johnson & Chris Kern)
