RALLY CROSS REPORT: (Nils)
Tentative schedule is out, will be starting February 15th to get ahead of weather. Have some backup dates for fill in for cancellations..

This year want to handout tokens to winners at the event, maybe some small cones.

Will we use only truck, Greg. We have needed some extra equipment from the trailer so hard to work from the truck only. Right now there is no need to separate solo and rally x coordinate as we coordinate very well. Plus, this would add cost to both programs if we were to split because of some duplicate expenses

Rally X goals for this year:

  • Grow the brand, increase participation in events.
  • Make money this year have a disappointing season with all the rain outs from last year.
  • Main goal to have at least 6 events this year with sweet spot of 8 and hopeful to get in all 10.

Bill, is the truck working well or not. We are going to look it over and do the yearly maintenance. Nils indicated that it did not overheat last two times used.

Jessica, Is the other area at I-35 better for drainage? Not really but I-35 better than the sand drags when there has been rain in the area.

Some discussion on Riverside as a potential site but this is ongoing.

KVRG REPORT: (Bill Johnson and Chris Kern)
Can’t do a whole lot until after the first but working on the known events, Heartland Park and the Ozarks, just working on details. Trying to keep ahead. Watch the website.
