This is what everyone has been asking for, a 1 day event on Saturday! This is season championship event and a double points event! We will also be having our awards ceremony Saturday evening after the end of the event along with dinner.
This event also has a High Performance Driving Experience (HPDE) – a chance to drive your car on a racetrack in a safe and controlled environment away from the risks present on the street.
We will also have coaching sessions available for these sessions, which is great way to get friends, spouses, significant others, or even your kids to come out and learn how to drive safely on the track.
There is no transponder required for this , so come out and experience a great Midwest track.
SCHEDULE
Camping is allowed Friday and Saturday night, so if you want to show up the night before and/or leave Sunday morning, no problem.
Meals – We will be having lunch and dinner for everyone on Saturday along with the drinks and adult beverages (after racing is over), but bring your own specials drinks if you so desire. We will have a grill and griddle on site to help cook lunch (and breakfast as well for those who want to use it)
Friday
6:00pm – Gates open (The gate will be locked after 10:00pm, but if you plan to get in later, please call 913-200-0722 when you arrive and Event Lead Adam Pesseto can open the gate for you.)
6:00-9:00pm – Registration
7:00-9:00pm – Tech
Saturday
7:15am-Noon – Registration open
7:00am-8:30am – Tech (Tech will be open after 9:00am but be aware that most of the individuals leading the event are also racers, so please be considerate of their time as you may be delayed in tech if they are out racing.)
8:35am – Mandatory Driver’s Meeting: located near the white Racing trailer and the Dare to Dream Green Honda Fit. (All other meetings will take place here, too). We’ll go over the basic TT rules and etiquette, what’s expected of drivers and what’s expected of event staff. It’s important you attend this meeting, since some aspects and scheduling of the event may change overnight. If you don’t attend this meeting, you will not be allowed on track without talking with the event lead first.

To avoid issues with car classing and safety, drivers need to make sure they have the following items ready for tech inspection:
- Dyno sheet or Proof of SAE Horsepower
- Print out of classing calculator completed for your car
- Completed MiDiv Time Trials Championship Tech Form including scale weight
- Safety gear including Helmet, gloves and head/neck restraint if you are using.
We will be also enforcing convertible and open cockpit vehicles per our rule set in regards to Rule 7.2 Convertibles requiring roll bar and Rule 7.4open cockpit / convertible vehicles requiring arm restraints
Scales will be available during tech. Print and bring these 3 printouts plus the safety gear to Tech (link below). If you plan to arrive any time Saturday, Appointments can be made by emailing apessetto@gmail.com. Please be aware that our tech staff is also drivers, so please be considerate of their time.
Please lease take a minute to review the Schedule and Supps about the track along with the TT ruleset, including driver eligibility and required equipment/clothing. This includes transponders. If you own your own, just make sure it’s charged and ready. If you rented one, it will be handed to you during your tech inspection. EVENT REQUIREMENTS
Sanctions:
This event is governed by the MiDiv SCCA Time Trials Championship Series rules, the Time Trials event Supplemental Regulations, and the 2022 SCCA Track Event rules except as where noted.
Transponders
Transponders are required at all Midwest Division tracks. All cars must have a working AMB/MyLaps compatible transponder. Please make sure your transponder number is listed on your vehicle profile in MotorsportReg.com.
The event will have a limited number of transponders available to rent $60. First come, first served. See online registration to reserve; or contact Registrar if needed. The rental fee is NON REFUNDABLE if you cancel your registration within 10 days of the event. Please contact the registrar for more information.
Transponders are NOT required for Track Event (TE) entries.
Driver Eligibility

All drivers aged 16 to 17 must contact event officials before the event – refer to the rules for more information.

Most questions will be answered either here or at the driver’s meeting. If you feel you’ve got something that needs to be handled before any of that, just let Adam Pessetto know. He will be on site Friday around 4:00pm. Call or text him at 913.200.0722.
Lastly – It is your own responsibility to cancel if you cant make this event. If you are registered but don’t show up, you will be charged for the event. We are not for profit and are running this event at a potential loss. So if you don’t cancel we are assuming you are still supporting us and helping us to continue to put on events.
