Kansas City Region SCCA General Meeting
March 3, 2019
The Kansas City Region SCCA General Meeting was called to order by RE Paula Diehl at the Lucky’s Brewgrille on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at 7:35 p.m.
Minutes from the February meeting were read. Dick Berger made a motion to approve; Tara Young seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
Treasurer Report*:
Jessica Dorn read the financial statement. Dick Berger made a motion to approve the Treasurer’s Report; Ken Snyder seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
Starting Cash: $26,744.99
Ending Cash: $25,400.56
Balance for the month: $113,343.27

Membership:
Five new members.
Membership = 530. Sam DePriest, Steve ???, and Kirk ??? were guests for the General Meeting.
Solo Report (Al Hermans):
The pro-solo at the end of June was cancelled and rescheduled July 4-6 at Heartland Motorsports Park (HMP). The annual solo meeting is this coming Saturday from 10a-4p.
KVRG Report (Chris Kern):
The May event at HMP is on track. This will be a majors event with Time Trials. There will be a CFR school on that Friday. Friday afternoon/evening will be a Track Night in America. Track will not be open Thursday before for anyone wanting to camp.
Hallett registration has been open with currently 101 entries. Gateway registration is open. Register prior to April 10th and you will receive $50 off.
Rally Cross Report (David Williams):
Reuben Samuels has a lung charity transplant fundraiser on Apr 22 or 27 at Stonegate. Proceeds will go towards his charity. We have won a bid for Dirtfish Rallycross national tour event July 19-21. First event will be March 31 at I-35 Speedway.
Road Rally (David Williams):
Rubber meets road rally is postponed until this Fall.

- Mid div Convention – The 2019 convention will be held in KC the first weekend of cy2020.
