Call to Order

The Kansas City Region SCCA Board Meeting was called to order by RE Al Hermans at 7:30 PM at Johnny’s.

Andrew VB motioned to approve. Alex VB seconded.

Solo Report– Al Hermans

The T&T and Event #1 are this weekend at MCC. The T&T is sold out at 65 entries and Event #1 is sold out at 150 entries. There are wait lists for both days for late registrants in case there are cancellations. Registration closes on April 3 at Midnight.

The novice school and Event #2 are scheduled for April 26 & 27. Registration is open and there are 4 entries for the school and 64 entries for Event #2. Registration closes on April 24 at midnight.

We are looking for event chairs, especially for the T&T and Event #1. Contact anyone on the SAC if you are interested.

The trailer was cleaned out on March 15. A lot of junk was removed, especially from the truck including the generator (which was never used), the table, upper cabinets, and rack over the right rear wheel well. The items stored in the truck will be redistributed for more even weight distribution.

Rally Cross Report– Jon Robertson

The 3/22 event at Thunder Valley was successful with 41 attendees.

The team is working on a marketing plan. KCR RX stickers are available for $5.

Next event is April 13 at Holsworth Farm.
