We have two CDs maturing in December. The first CD matures on 12/4/2024 for $28,000. Please consider and bring to the meeting any discussions about use of this money (if there is a need) or we can discuss rolling it into another CD. The second CD matures on 12/20/2024 for $10,000. This CD is intended to be placed back into our Checking Account to help carry us through the off-season.

The 2024 Budget has been updated to reflect everything through October and can be viewed with the link below. This includes Rally Cross Events through KCRX #8 and Solo Events through Solo Event #10/Halloweenie.

Josh Huff motioned to approve. Max seconded.

Solo Report– Al Hermans

The 2024 solo season is in the books. Attendance summaries were presented in the October 29 report.

Based on post event spreadsheets prepared by Jessica, the following financial information is gleaned. Our current profit for the season is $17,633.15 before receipt of payments from Starting Line and Street Survival.  We did get event fee discounts for both events following SL & SS in the amount of $2146.00 and we should be getting payments totaling approximately $3600.00 for reimbursement.  The event expenses do not include equipment upgrades and repairs that were outside of the budget and required BOD approval so that will affect the bottom line as well.  The discounted event fees for Halloweenie were $1302.00 so I would recommend that we contribute that same amount (or more) to Go Baby Go.

The national schedule of Pro Solo and Tour and CAM/XS events has been released with the caveat that some of them are waiting for final approval. In the Midwest Division we will have a tour at Frederick, OK on April 26 & 27, a CAM/XS Challenge in St. Louis on May 3 & 4, Spring Nationals in Lincoln over Memorial Day weekend, and Nationals in Lincoln before and after Labor Day.

We have committed to doing the Starting Line school again, likely to be held on July 26.

Membership Report- Paula Diehl

622 members for the Region. Weekend memberships are in the count and then fall off without notice.

KVRG Report– Chris Kern
