Budget

REGIONAL BANQUET: (Lisa Kern, Mike McGinley)
We are on track for March 5. We do need some help with the banquet. Times on the paper are not the same as the web and FB. FB will have an update with times and date and an email will apprise attendees of the schedule. MSR has the wrong times. All cash bar for this year.

Do we need to send invites for those getting awards? Presenters will handle contact.

Cakes need to be sliced and served, BH to help.

Silent auction items need to go to Jessica.

Working on logistics, getting volunteers to help at the banquet.

Need to check with Charlie and Neava about doing RR. Check with Al and RX on helpers.

May lose a little on this years banquet.

Enlisted help for banquet.

SOLO REPORT: (Al Hermans, report read by Ed)
Our contact at MCC has transferred to another position. Her replacement will send the contract(s) when ready. I will send her a reminder soon.

The T&T and Event #1 registration are open. T&T is sold out (35) and 47 are signed up so far for Event #1. This is the weekend of March 26 & 27 (4 1/2 weeks away).

Sanction requests are in process.

KVRG REPORT: (Chris Kern)
As of now 60 registered for CFR at Ozark. Have a lot of interest and looking at 110 for the event 2 days. Will try to get out by noon Sunday. Some of the people may never work a turn. Expanding to T&S and stewarding. Good shape for the event at this time. Numbers may be larger. Motels are selling out fast. We have seen new motor home parks opening but don’t believe we need to make folks aware as most stay at the track.
