KVRG REPORT: (Chris Kern)
May race we are still waiting to submit paperwork. Big item is the CFR in March wanting to get this open for registration. We have a lot of interest currently. Still looking to firm up logistics at Ozark. Looking for 60 to 80 people. There will be a meeting coming in a couple of weeks.

RALLYCROSS REPORT: (taken from Reuben’s report)
Rueben, Van going on for diagnostics and getting some updates. Windows are being fitted, which were preapproved. Looking to get the wrap done for this year, needs to be addressed and a point person assigned.

Mark, 8 events averaged 42 entrants far a  320 total for the year which was a 20% increase. Most rain outs we have experienced but even with these cancelations we look to be the fifth largest RX region. Looking for more participation from other regions in 2022. Of our regional RX group 6 or 7 went to nationals. Mark Hill tops the list as a national champion.

Mike, please send the list for RD advisory committee 2022. Deana Brown, Nils Davis, Erik Voltipka, Clarissa Voltipka, and Tiernan Einberger.

Rueben: I need to turn over access to the SCCA Media files I have about 30 gig. Let me know and I will setup access.

Items for 2022
Safety first aid and AED training and equipment, we need to improve what we have on site. Would take about $1000 to $2000 to equip.

Chris, those interested could sign up for the CRF school in March.

Once the new truck is ready to go, we discussed a tow vehicle for the trailer. This would provide Solo with a way of using the trailer without the truck and give us two full timing and scoring setups for duel events.

Do not have credentials for live timing and scoring on the laptop for posting results. Mile will send information for Rachel to discuss. Paul has the information about live timing and scoring. Once this is set up laptop will be turned over to RX group for use at events.

Upcoming – how to run a drone to capture race events will be presented at the KVRG convention.

Wichita Region is looking to buy cones and could help if we bought cones with them. Just under $5 a piece. We would be looking for 200 cones.

Events: UA was a success with help from Lisa for the event and Paula running the Gimmick Road Rally. There is an RC track that would lick to host us for an event. There are  some RC cars could be available for us. We will have another UA event for 22 at I-70 and would love to continue with KCR, stay tuned.
