KVRG, AVRG and MIDIV racing friends,

On behalf of KVRG (Kaw Valley Race Group) and the MidWest Division we would like to invite you to the SCCA Heartland Spring Majors and MIDIV TT series @ Heartland Motorsport Park, Topeka, KS, May 17-19, 2019. This is the third event for the Mid-States Majors Conference after the rounds @ Hallett and Gateway and we would love to see you come race with us!

The Heartland Spring Majors hosted by KVRG are a three-day event with a test day (including a Crash-Fire-Rescue + F&C school for workers) on Friday, May 17. Friday afternoon also sees Track Night in America back in action (3-9 pm). Check the link below for the full schedule.
Heartland Motorsport Park is a former home of the SCCA Runoffs and is located right next to Forbes Field, just south of Topeka, KS. The track has several road course lay outs – for this event the full 2.5 miles course will be used (see supps).

If you can’t race or crew, come join the fun and volunteer, we would love to have your help for the Heartland Spring Majors. New or experienced workers and all specialties – everyone is welcome! Did you know that current SCCA members are automatically eligible to register as workers? You have to be at least 16 years of age (with a parental waiver) to work a hot track area (needed for those under 18). Non members will be covered on a temporary membership (provided by KVRG).

As always KVRG will provide excellent hospitality including a dinner party on Saturday for all participants (drivers, crew members and workers/officials). There is plenty of camping space (incl. electric hook ups) and there are warm water showers available in the paddock, see supps for more info. Please also keep in mind Track Night in America uses part of the Lower Paddock on Friday. For nearby lodging options please check google.

The Heartland Spring Majors is another great occasion to catch up and have fun with your SCCA friends – old and new!

We are very much looking forward to seeing you at Heartland next month!
