Old Business

Bylaws update. We need to change the format of the presentation and do individual articles for the club to vote on. It has to be announced to the club 30 days in advance. Then we can vote on each individual bylaw change.

New Business

The license plate fell off the truck on the way to Holsworth Farms.

James Young has stepped away from SAC. SAC will seek a replacement.

A suggestion has been made that we contract with MCC to pay into a fund to help with some repairs to the surface of the track. This could be handled with an increase in rental rate for the duration of the agreement or maybe something else. Since this is off budget, the BOD should have input. At this time, the SAC would like the go ahead to initiate discussions with MCC to see what they are open to and to get the BOD’s opinion on whether this is a course of action the Region should take. This will be taken up at the next KCR Board Meeting.

SAC is seeking additional sites. They intend to make a proposal to the board at the next meeting.

Call to adjourn-  Andrew VB motioned to adjourn. Robert Henson III seconded. Adjourned 8:02 PM.
