REGISTRATION OPENS APRIL 1

We have added a brand new option this year for those of you that hate working! There will be ONE  available per event at a flat $50 donation rate! First one to nab it, gets it! 

ANNUAL TECH: print and complete this form (click here) to bring with you. This is for drivers with 12 events or more. There will be NO blank forms on site. We will honor annual tech certificates/stickers from other regions for the 2024 season only.

SATURDAY –  SOLO SCHOOL IS CAPPED AT 35 DRIVERS
Make sure you register on time. DO NOT register if you do not intend to attend. This school is encouraged to newer drivers or drivers that need to improve.
Please do not register to use this as a test and tune. 
Lunch will be provided to all attendees and instructors. We’ll have 2 sessions, a morning and afternoon with a break in the middle for lunch. 

We will need instructors and one volunteer to go pick up lunch, so please make you email me to get on the instructor/volunteer list. The perks: You get to run your own car over lunch for some extra seat time and we feed you 🙂 

SCHOOL DAY SCHEDULE:
7:00am – All participants arrive on site – be on time!
Set up will be a combined effort so we can get start ASAP
8:30am – Session one will commence
11:30-Noonish – Break for Lunch
12:30 – Session two will commence

SUNDAY SOLO EVENT DAY SCHEDULE:
7:00 AM – GATES OPEN, SETUP WORKERS ARRIVE
7:30 AM – EVERYONE ELSE ARRIVE ON SITE
7:30 – 9:00 AM – TECH & ATTENDEE CHECK IN OPEN
9:00 AM – TECH & ATTENDEE CHECK IN CLOSES
9:00 AM – NOVICE WALK STARTS
9:30 AM – DRIVER’S MEETING
9:45 – FIRST CAR OFF

**There is no food vendor on site. Bring your own food/drinks.

Minor waivers have been moved to an Annual waiver available on the my.scca.com website under “Online Store” and “Licenses and Waivers” – 2nd & 3rd options down click “Add to Cart”. You will complete this through the website and retain a copy on the minor driver at all times during events. DO NOT HAND IT TO US TO KEEP, WE DO NOT RETAIN THESE FOR YOU. 

**All classes will be ran by heat, run order determined based on event entry. We can no longer accommodate special requests as they’ve become extreme and cause flow issues. If you email to ask, your email will not be answered.

SCCA Membership is Required.  You must show your SCCA Membership card or SCCA Weekend Membership receipt at registration/sign-in or you will be charged for the SCCA Weekend Membership which is $15.00.
