October 7, 2025 – KC Region General Meeting Minutes

Call to Order

The Kansas City Region SCCA General Meeting was called to order by RE Al Hermans at 7:34 PM at The Bar Prairie Village.

 32 members attended and one guest.

Solo Report– Al Hermans

Event #7 was held on August 17. 137 people attended.

A special non-points solo bracket event was held on September 13. The event was stopped about halfway through due to the discovery that the event was not sanctioned and, therefore, not insured. A refund was made to all participants.

Event #8 was held on September 14. 130 people had times.

Event #9 was held on October 5. 131 people had times.

The season-ending Halloweenie will be on October 26. 99 people are signed up so far.

The new club meeting space is The Bar Back Room, 5316 W 95th St, Prairie Village, KS. Use the north entrance. We will need 30 people each meeting or will have to pay a fee.


KVRG Report– Bob Henson

We had 2 National Champions at the Runoffs. Hans and Charlie Peters.


RallyCross Report– Jon Robertson

The last event was at Ray Rocks. 19 entries. 

This Saturday 10/11 at Holsworth Farms.

RX Nationals is in 2 weeks in Hollytree, AL.
