November 4, 2025 – KC Region General Meeting Minutes

Call to Order

The Kansas City Region SCCA General Meeting was called to order by RE Al Hermans at 7:32 PM at The Bar Prairie Village.

 22 members attended, and one guest, Stephanie Hersey.

Solo Report– Al Hermans

Event #10 (Halloweenie) was held on October 26. It was chilly and wet but 175 hearty souls

attended. We had to cut the number of runs to 3 because of the number of people and the wet

laps taking 20% – 25% longer than dry. Results are posted on the website.

If you are interested in being a chief for 2026, contact the SAC.


Membership Report- Al Hermans

605 members. 

The new club meeting space is The Bar Back Room, 5316 W 95th St, Prairie Village, KS. Use the north entrance. We will need 30 people to attend each meeting.


KVRG Report– Bob Henson

Ozarks event is July 11-12, 2026

Road race, time trials, 

MiDiv points keeper Rocky Entricken is retiring. MiDiv is needing a new points keeper. He is staying on as webmaster.


RallyCross Report– Jon Robertson

The next event is 11/15.
