Discussion on the budget we are a bit up for the year. Do we need to put aside an amount for a van for solo versus rally x as we foresee event scheduling issues in the future? To be determined for next years budget.

We will be looking to get better interest on our investments next year with the rise in interest rates.

MEMBERSHIP REPORT: (Paula Diehl)
We increased by 12, 622 total.

SOLO REPORT: (Al Hermans)
Event #9 was held on October 16. There were 116 participants. Event results are posted on the region website and the audit has been submitted.

Our next local event is October 30, the season ending Halloweenie and registration is open on MSR. As of this morning, 69 have signed up.

As we arrived at the site for event #9, we discovered that the backstretch had been milled and was unusable. The course was adjusted to compensate and we went ahead with the event. Since then, the backstretch has been repaved so the entire course will be available for event #10. Adjustments may need to be made for the parking area that was milled as well at event #9. It may or may not be available depending on if the weather affects the construction schedule.

Two SAC positions are available for the upcoming election, Paula Diehl and Al Hermans. In addition, a replacement for Everett Watts is needed. A replacement has been found in Stephen Fudge who will need BOD approval to serve.

Greg motion to approve Stephen and Paula seconded motion passed, Stephen was approved to replace Everett.

RALLYCROSS REPORT: (Nils, Greg gave report)

Max Baer, last event went well, October 16 at MCC, hoping for 30 to 35 had 32 entries. There were several new participants even one from Lincoln, Neb. This was only the third event this year due to weather and there are three to go.

Next event Nov 20 at I-35 Speedway.

KVRG REPORT: (Bill Johnson)
For 2023:
Road race May 14-16 at Heartland Park

Ozark July 15 and 16 May have the event and it might include a National TT event as well. Everything is in the works. National tour would be a great addition. KVRG needs to make a division this week, in negotiations.

Hallett, looking at the possibility for an end of the year for a majors after the runoffs. Points from this event would count for 2024.

SAC: Stephen Fudge will finish out the term for Everett; Al Hermanns and Paula Diehl will run for reelection.
