COVID-19 GUIDELINES REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT

– If you are ill, please stay home. 

– All participants will be required to wear a mask while not driving. It is asked that you bring your own mask. Limited quantities will be available in the event you do not have one with you. Once those run out, it will be your responsibility to acquire one to be allowed on site. 

– Social Distancing is required. We’ll modify grid and monitor paddock to ensure everyone is distanced the safest way possible. 

– All participants will have access to and a be required to use hand sanitizing stations and/or hand washing stations regularly throughout the day. Gloves are recommended as well, but do not replace the need to keep hands clean and sanitized at all times. 

– LOANER HELMETS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN HELMET. 

– Registration will be closed Friday at noon. No walk ups will be allowed during these unique circumstances. We apologize for the inconvenience but the guidelines required do no allow for contact at the trailer with our registration staff. We will be using online, no contact registration. All payment is required at time of registration. 

It is important that you follow directions once you arrive on site. Normal processes are not going to be used so you’ll need to allow extra time for change in processes. Teching procedures will be different as well as how you park in Paddock and Grid. We cannot stress enough to follow all directions as you navigate through site.

Test and Tune will be two groups. We’ll split you up the day of the event. While group A drives, group B will work course. Then swap. We will run a morning session in this manner as well as an afternoon session.

Note: JB and JA will run with Heat 1. JC will run just before Heat 2. 

This is an opportunity to test your cars, dial in, get some seat time or just come drive the tires off! We ask that you arrive on site no later than 8am so we can get started as early as possible. 

Bring all items you will need to get you through the day. Sun Screen, water, food, hats, etc. 

Registrants will be capped at 60. Register early if you plan to attend!
