Happy New Year All!

What a great general membership meeting we just had. So wonderful to see long time members and new members chatting and exchanging ideas. Going forward we hope to have short meetings to give more time for visiting and getting ideas for a better race season. Be sure to stay for the door prize drawings.

I hope everyone has made time to sign up for the National Convention. It is virtual, online and free! Also while you’re at it, sign up for the MidDIV Convention. It is at the Hotel Topeka at the City Center in Topeka, Kansas. It is also free except for the banquet.

Speaking of banquets, the Kansas City Region Awards banquet is on February 10th. Sign up is open on MotorsportsReg.com. It is at St. Andrews Golf Club, 11099 West 135th St Overland Park, Kansas. Registration ends January 31st. We will be having a silent auction to benefit Go Baby Go. Please let Jessica Dorn know if you have items to donate.

The racing programs are all busy working on the 2024 schedules. We will post those as soon as they have been finalized If you have any ideas for fun activities or are interested in donating your time and talent to one of these groups, just let someone know. We are always open to new ideas and new people becoming more active. We have over 600 members. I know there is a lot of untapped talent. Please feel free to ask questions. That is what your Board of Directors are here to do: help expand all programs of the Kansas City Region.

‘Til next time, be safe.
Paula
