Cost: $50.00 for SCCA members; $65.00 for non-members (includes a weekend membership that has perks with the SCCA).

- Registration closes at midnight on Wednesday, April 8th.
- School Driver Cap: This event is limited to 35 drivers. Register for waitlist to be considered as spots open up.

- “No Work” Assignments: Two “No Work” assignments are available per regular event for a flat $50 donation.
Once you’ve registered, it’s important to note the following:
⏱️ SATURDAY
All participants should arrive at 7am. Everyone will work together to complete setup, tech, and work assignments.
⏱️ SUNDAY SCHEDULE
- 7:00 AM: Gates Open (Setup workers arrive)
- 7:30 AM: General Arrival & Paddock open
- 7:30 – 9:00 AM: Tech & Attendee Check-In Open
- 9:00 AM: Tech & Check-In CLOSES (No late entries)
- 9:00 AM: Novice Course Walk Starts
- 9:30 AM: Mandatory Driver’s Meeting
- 9:45 AM: First Car Off!
Water will be available on-site.
🛠️ ANNUAL TECH
- Drivers with 12 or more events may apply for Annual Tech.
- Form: Click Here to print and complete the form. No blank forms will be provided on-site.
- Reciprocity: We will honor current-season annual tech stickers from other SCCA regions.

💳 PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS
- No-Shows: Non-refundable. No credits will be issued for unannounced no-shows.
- Payments: Charged at time of registration.
- Cancellations: Cancel on MSR before the day of the event.
- Refunds: If you cancel via MSR before the event day, a refund will be issued during event close out (24-48 hours).
Event requirements
SCCA Membership is Required. You must show your SCCA Membership card or SCCA Weekend Membership receipt at registration/sign-in or you will be charged for the SCCA Weekend Membership which is $15.00.

***Minor waivers have been moved to an Annual waiver available on the my.scca.com website under “Online Store” and “Licenses and Waivers” – 2nd & 3rd options down, click “Add to Cart”. You will complete this through the website and retain a copy on the minor driver at all times during events. DO NOT HAND IT TO US TO KEEP; WE DO NOT RETAIN THESE FOR YOU.
