Cost: $50.00 for SCCA members; $65.00 for non-members (includes a weekend membership that has perks with the SCCA).
This event is our annual Halloweenie charity event with costume contests for humans and cars. So dress up! Or dress your car up! Or both!!
The region will also provide hot dogs and hamburgers. Participants are asked to bring a dish or dessert for a potluck lunch.
A silent auction will take place during the event. Please reach out to solo@kcrscca.org if you would like to donate items to the auction.
**ANNUAL TECH: print and complete this form (click here) to bring with you. This is for drivers with 12 events or more.
There will be NO blank forms on site.
**We will honor annual tech certificates/stickers from other regions for the current season only.
Once you’ve registered, it’s important to note the following:
SUNDAY SOLO EVENT DAY SCHEDULE:
7:00 AM – GATES OPEN, SETUP WORKERS ARRIVE
7:30 AM – EVERYONE ELSE ARRIVES ON SITE
7:30 – 9:00 AM – TECH & ATTENDEE CHECK IN OPEN
9:00 AM – TECH & ATTENDEE CHECK IN CLOSES
9:00 AM – NOVICE WALK STARTS
9:30 AM – DRIVER’S MEETING
9:45 – FIRST CAR OFF
POT LUCK AND SILENT AUCTION WILL BE ANNOUNCED THE DAY OF THE EVENT.
*No food vendor on site. Water will be provided.
Event requirements
SCCA Membership is Required. You must show your SCCA Membership card or SCCA Weekend Membership receipt at registration/sign-in or you will be charged for the SCCA Weekend Membership which is $15.00.

***Minor waivers have been moved to an Annual waiver available on the my.scca.com website under “Online Store” and “Licenses and Waivers” – 2nd & 3rd options down, click “Add to Cart”. You will complete this through the website and retain a copy on the minor driver at all times during events. DO NOT HAND IT TO US TO KEEP; WE DO NOT RETAIN THESE FOR YOU.
