Call to Order – 7:35 Reuben to call meeting to order and run through evening agenda overview. Purpose of meeting is to have face time with each other and have members get updated on what’s going on.

RE Comments: Mike McGinley mentioned Charlie Williams passing. We had the April Board meeting via conference call and the minutes are posted on the website. The Most recent Checkpoint mentioned both May and June Track Night in America events were cancelled. Actually, the first Track Night in America is planned for June 18th? Spent a couple minutes discussing the new Covid-19 Event Guidelines focusing on Member safety. For guidelines go to SCCA.com and click the COVID 19 link. Included in the announcement is that we are looking for a new location for our General meeting since Local Tap will be permanently closed. Street Survival that was scheduled for May 30th has been postponed until later in the year.

Secretary’s Report: Ed Nicholson mentioned our April 28th Board Meeting minutes is posted on our website and direct people there to review. He also indicated two corrections which had not made it to the minutes before they were posted.
