October 28, 2025 – KC Region Board Meeting Minutes

Call to Order

The Kansas City Region SCCA Board Meeting started at 7:10 PM at Conroys.

Board Members Attending: Greg Cheney, Al Hermans, Andrew Von Bevern, Josh Huff, Robert Henson III, Josh Holsworth, Dan Rowland, Max Bear.

Board Members not present- Jessica Dorn, Phil Meredith.

Josh Huff motioned to accept. Max seconded.

Solo Report– Al Hermans

Event #10 (Halloweenie) was held on October 26. It was chilly and wet but 175 hearty souls

attended. We had to cut the number of runs to 3 because of the number of people and the wet

laps taking 20% – 25% longer than dry. Results are posted on the website.

If you are interested in being a chief for 2026, contact the SAC.

KVRG Report– Robert Henson III

Hoosier SuperTour for 2026 has been announced. Hallett is late April.


Rally Cross Report– Jon Robertson

RX 10/11 at Holsworth Farms. 20+ attendees.

The next event is 11/15 at I-35 Speedway.

Old Business

The AX and RX van and trailer are in need of reorganization and repairs. The board discussed various options for repair and replace.

Jon R is going to check into a trailer repair shop to look over the trailer for repairs.

Need to get Alex VB help with elections nominations. Josh Huff volunteered.

Voting for National SCCA Board closes in two weeks.
Awards Banquet; Phil is working on it. The Second payment is coming due.
