The Kansas City Region SCCA Board Meeting was called to order by RE Paula Diehl at The Bar on June 25, 2019 at 7:02 pm.

Minutes from May 28, 2019 Board Meeting were approved. Mike McGinley made a motion to approve the minutes; Bill Johnson seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

Tara Young made a motion to approve the Treasurer’s Report; Mike McGinley seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

July 12-14: This is a Majors event at HMP which takes the place of the RPM event Aug 10-11. Please register as a worker if you’re not running in the Time Trial Series.
Track Night In America – We still need volunteers.
June 22-23 were the Time Trials at HMP. Track had a lot of puddles because of rain.
June 29-30 is the divisional backaswards at Hallett

ROADRALLY REPORT (David Williams reported):
- “Rubber Meets the Road” Rally has been postponed until the Fall to allow me time to work on the event since I have lost the assistance of Rich Bireta
- Missouri Rally Weekend

SPECIAL COMMITTEES:
Website (Mike McGinley): The website has been coming along nicely. Mike will ask for analytics/reports and compare to the prior website. Mike still needs information from Solo, Roadrally and Rallycross.
Social Events (Lisa Kern):
- Possible Gimmick Wine Road Rally
- Awards Banquet – Most want to save funding but still keep more formal. Ideas suggested were: West Bottoms, EJ’s, Boulevard Brewery
- Granite City: Lisa will request Dave Vincent to set up another Granite City Race Group Meeting. Look for notifications.
OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS:
Mike McGinley brought to the attention of the BoD some flyers that the National office is providing as handouts free of charge (100 per packet). Mike received 500 (5 packets).
Solo Region Trailer – $140 a month, we have a contract for 1 year. It’s underground in the caves at 8201 E 23rd, KCMO. Fifteen minutes from MCC.
General Meeting – Fuel at 7300 Metcalf, OPKS
Nominating Committee – We need people.
There being no further business, Tara Young made a motion to adjourn; Todd Hesskamp seconded. Motion passed unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 8:15 pm.
