Secretary Report – Provided via link, for those that could not access please request
from Greg.

Treasurers Report – approved, Checking account balance around $10k due to
June/July break for world cup. CD to be renewed and funds set aside for truck
repair/replacement.

Membership – 643
Solo Report – Next event open on MSR, Alex to send out reminder on Facebook. Jeff,
please confirm posted on FB as a reminder given the break.

KVRG – July Ozark event is complete, about 50 cars for racing and time trial event. $
being finalized. There is a tentative date for majors at HPT May 2027 and Ozark again
in July 2027. There have been discussions with Hedge Hollow, nothing likely given $
and lack of entry to support.

Rally Cross – I35 event was successful with a couple of issues. Noted I35 great track to
work with on events.
Web Report – Henry taking over web master, good discussion around web traffic—likely
BOT scraping results vs time checks given no recent events. Henry will make decision
on updating the Web to more recent version of word press.
Heny to add a note, no general meeting first of September – Solo Nationals

Nominations
Grahm Smith will be on nominating committee – we need to sync at next week meeting
Jeff /Phil to make a lap at next event. Reviewed entry for mid div and need to approach
these members about board (active a both local and national level)
Jonathon will do the same for RAC.
Discussion around having the RAC and SAC leader as member of the board, these
would replace at large seats. Thie region is evolving to be RAC and SAC centric with
KVRG handing the road racing. This would align board membership with region
participation. Phil to check by law on next step.
Jonathon – send a list of all that needed for the truck — front suspension and tran
cooler. Off season report likely in the $2k plus category. Bill has a contact that works
on trucks.

Morton Amphitheater – Jeff please send survey using your engineer tools if large
enough for solo, if large enough Phil to reach out to Rick Meyer. I could not get a
completed image on maps or google maps.
