SOLO REPORT: (Al Hermans)
Divisional was held on October 3 & 4 in Topeka.  98 participated on Saturday and 111 on Sunday.  This event scored points for KCR.

The co-hosted points events were held on October 10 & 11.  61 participated on Saturday and 61 on Sunday.  Profit for the events as around $17.00 and a check should arrive at the P.O. Box soon, if not already.

We had 6 points events this season, all in Topeka.  I believe that is enough to call it a season and declare class winners. We still need to update the season points totals and release them on the website.

Mark Macoubrie was in contact with a representative of Worlds of Fun about securing a date for late October.  The management seems open to the idea but there was no opportunity available for this season.  We will reach out during planning for next season.  Any event there would have to be in the off-season for the park.

No update since the last BOD meeting on any communication with Arrowhead about possible event dates.  If this happens, it will be next season before we can act on it.

** Mike reported: Jeremy, indicated that we have a no for this year but still open for next year.

Sandstone is open to hosting events if they open next season.

There has been no communication with MCC since July.  Given that they have closed all their campuses until the end of the year, it will be January before we can evaluate our options there.

MEMBERSHIP REPORT: (Paula Diehl)
End of September 551, 8 new members.

Bill, for new members do we have a way to know area of interest?

Paula if they choose, but not always provided.

KVRG REPORT: (Chris Kern)
Had a TNIA at 90 cars. We need to look at getting workers and drivers.

Lake Garnett, fantastic entry level, went very smooth and very well ran. Just a few problems one on the vintage group.

KVRG, working on the schedule for next year. The first 2021 Majors race at Heartland Motorsports Park in Topeka will be May 14-16, 2021. Getting everyone working again.

We should have 7 TNIA events next year.

TT National schedule is complete, and Heartland Motorsports Park is not on their schedule for next year.

RALLY CROSS REPORT: (Ryan Redenbaugh/Reuben)
UA was a success, reported in full last month.

Nov. 8th next event at Thunder Valley.

Will be using some of our rain dates for December 5 & 6 at Grain Valley or Riverside.

Mark Macoubrie did Rally Cross safety training just a couple of weeks ago as virtual session. This training will be coming again in the near future. This was facilitated with the national office.

WEB REPORT: (Mike McGinley)
MidAm final points will be posted on the website and final Autocross points will be posted as well.

Information on the upcoming election will be complete for members to vote in early November. National meeting in Las Vegas has been cancelled and moved to online only. Online training will be coming out soon on the SCCA.com website in the member section. This will begin to rollout in 2021.

NEW BUSINESS
MiDiv Convention – Our convention was scheduled for Feb. 12-14.

Chris, currently Donna is working on the contract to move the convention to next year with them. We will be having a virtual meeting for this year. Looking to know by Friday that we have no issues with event site to push out.

KC Region Awards Banquet – Covid is going up and not down. How would we do an indoor meeting. Separate for each discipline? Should we wait until mid 2021? Not have an event and then combine next year? Now do we get out the awards and membership pins sooner than later?

Lisa: Put an article about this year award winners and then deliver like publishers clearing house? Then posting the photos and a blurb on FB and him KCRSCCA site. We should take care of 25 year plus pins on a one to one basis.

Ed, Tim Etal: Could we do a drive though award presentation.

Ryan: Could do an event in Riverside to present trophies, maybe in the spring.

Could we do a car show type event.

Motion that we deliver 25 year plus membership pins will be done by delivering one on one, others mailed out. Trophies to be delivered out at events.

(Think about how to deliver awards by Midiv and Region awards on importance and others to events)

Call for Bill motion to adjourn and Greg second, motion carried, 8:37
